Mary's parents were Postmaster & then Postmistress at Guilsborough from 1835 to 1900. Her mother taught Mary and later, Bess (Elizabeth Webb RAWBONE), how to manage the Office.
Mary's brother, Bob, had three daughters: Ethel, Violet & Kathleen May (twins). Violet became a Nun and moved to South Africa. Kathleen was in Worthing Hospital, Sussex in December 1998 and she died there on 11 January 2000.
